显微注射对绵羊体外受精胚胎的影响

摘要 本文研究了显微注射对绵羊体外受精胚胎发育的影响。显微注射组和对照组的囊胚率分别为 9.1%和 32 .2 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;利用慢速冷冻的方法 ,显微注射组和对照组的囊胚的冷冻解冻后的存活率没有差异 (分别为 75 .5 %和 77.7% ,P >0 .0 5 )。显微注射组和对照组的冷冻胚胎移植后的产羔率分别为 2 5 .0 %和 33.3% (P >0 .0 5 )。结果表明 ,绵羊合子原核显微注射外源DNA后的发育能力下降 。 Development ability of sheep embryos after pronuclear injected with DNA was studied. The proportion of DNA injected zygotes developing into blastocyst was lower significantly than that of control group (9.1% and 32.2%, respectively, P<0.05). the survival rate of DNA injected blastocysts were similar to that of control group (75.5% and 77.7%,respectively, P>0.05 ), After transfer the thawed embryos, there is no significant difference in lamb rate between two groups (25.0% and 33.3%, respectively, P>0.05). In conclusion, this study show the development ability of sheep embryos decreased after DNA pronuclear injection. But blastocysts derived from DNA pronuclear injection can be cryopreserved successfully.
