摘要
用迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素测定、碳廓清试验及脏 /体比值评价了佳丽牌初乳素胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。初乳素胶囊以 5 0、10 0和 30 0mg/kg·bw连续给样 30d ,结果显示 ,具有促进小鼠溶血素的形成、增强小鼠DTH及碳廓清的能力。因此 ,认为佳丽牌初乳素胶囊具有免疫调节作用。
The delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) test, hemolysin concertration fifty (CH50) test, Carbon clearance test and ratio of liver and body were used to evaluate the effect of JIALI TM Colostrum Crystal capsule on immune function in mice. The capsules were successively given to mice for 30 days respectively in dosage 50 ,100 and 300mg/kg·bw. The findings showed that colostrums could accelerate the formation of hemolysin and improve DTH and ability of carbon clearance in mice. Based on findings mentioned above, the JIALI colostrums crystal capsule was considered to have the effect of immunoregulation.
