Assets operation,which is different from ordinary productional operation,is in urgent need of management orientation in light of its course of development and practice.By analyzing the characteristics and management orientation of assets operation,it is argued that enterprises should lose no time in carrying out responsibility assurance, shift of operating concepts and methods,and relevant organizational reform for effective operation of assets.
