On hegemonism

霸权主义是旧的国际政治经济秩序的产物 ,但在新的历史条件下 ,霸权主义又有了新的表现形式 ,其实质就是以武力作后盾的强权政治。霸权同主权、人权是相对立的。维护主权独立和人权就必须反对霸权主义。各国人民必须团结起来 ,努力建设新的国际政治经济新秩序 ,共同维护世界和平与发展。

Hegemonism is an outcome of old international political and economic system, but in the new historical situation its form of expression has changed. The essence of hegemonism which uses force as the backing of power politics is unchanged. Hegemony is opposed to sovereignty and rights of man. To be against hegemony is the way of sticking for the independence of sovereignty and rights of man. People in every country must be solidarity to construct a new international political and economic system and maintain the worlds peace and development.
