Market economy induces the alienation of university students at social transforming stage. Personality development is mutually related to and encouraged by traditional education, happiness of life, individual and social developmeut, which are of different importance. The construction of ideal personality of university students should attach importance to the exploration of their cognitive potential, the development of their dialectical thinking, adherence to infiltration education, the pursuit of sound spirit and noble character, the coordination of individual and social development, the development of students intellectual curiosity and mutual cooperative quality.
