摘要
社会转型时期的大学生 ,面对市场经济、诱发了人格异化现象 ,人格培育与传统教育 ,人生发展、人生幸福、社会发展相互联系 ,相互促进 ,同时侧重点各有不同。构建大学生的理想人格 ,应注重开发认知潜能 ,培养辩证思维 ,坚持渗透教育 ,追求清明强健的理性精神和高尚德行 ,坚持个性化与社会化相协调 。
Market economy induces the alienation of university students at social transforming stage. Personality development is mutually related to and encouraged by traditional education, happiness of life, individual and social developmeut, which are of different importance. The construction of ideal personality of university students should attach importance to the exploration of their cognitive potential, the development of their dialectical thinking, adherence to infiltration education, the pursuit of sound spirit and noble character, the coordination of individual and social development, the development of students intellectual curiosity and mutual cooperative quality.
