提出一种适用于三种H型可逆直流PWM变换器控制模式 ,并且具有共态锁存保护功能的数字式PWM控制器 。

A digital PWM controller which can protect the homolateral geminate GTRs (i.e. Giant Transistors) from the same state and be used to each of the three control modes of the H-shape reversible direct current PWM convertor is presented. And the hardware working principle sketches and the software flow-chart are given as well.
