摘要
采用活性电泳方法对中华大蟾蜍尾退化过程中尾蛋白酶活性的变化进行了研究 ,结果显示 :(1)酸性条件 (p H3.5 )下 ,从 35期到 38期 ,检测到的蛋白酶带数目较少 ,活性较弱 ;碱性条件 (p H9.5 )下 ,除 2 5 k D的蛋白酶带之外 ,检测到的其它酶带与酸性条件下相似 ;(2 )中性条件 (p H7.0 )下 ,从 35期到 38期 ,检测到的蛋白酶带逐渐增多 ,活性也明显增强 ,尤其是在尾退化的高峰期 (37期、38期 ) ,110 k D、92 k D、 74k D的酶带活性达到峰值 ;另外在尾退化的高峰期还检测到了 7条新酶带 ,其中 5 5 k D的酶带活性也达到峰值。以上结果提示 。
The G PAGE was used to analyze the changes of tail proteinase activity in Bufo Bufo Gargarizans during tail degeneration .The results showed that: (1) There were fewer sorts and lower activity of proteinases under acidic condition (pH3.5)from stage 35 to stage 38; The sorts and the activity of proteinases under basic condition (pH9.5) were similar to that under acidic condition except the proteinase with molecular weight 25kD; (2)The sorts of proteinases had gradually increasing and their activities had obviously enhancing under neutral condition (pH7.0 )from stage 35 to stage 38,especially the activities of proteinases with molecular weight 110kD,92kD and 74kD reached their peak values at the period of tail degeneration climax (stage 37 and 38); In addition, the seven sorts of new proteinases were detected at stage 37 and 38; In the new proteinases ,the activity of the proteinase with molecular weight 55kD also reached its peak value at the two stages. The results suggested that proteinase plays an important role during Bufo Bufo Gargarizans tadpole tail degeneration.
