研究 1 0个酸碱介质近百种条件下钙试剂的极谱行为 ,提出了对钙试剂自身及其金属离子络合物的吸附波进行研究的适宜条件 ,详细研究了钙试剂在氨—氯化铵体系中极谱行为。

The Cal red polarographic behaviores at about 100 conditions of 10 buffer systems were studied.The Cal red has distinct numbers of polarographic peak at distinct conditions.The medium condition and range of potential for polarographic adsorption wave has been put forward.
