A Study on the Exploitation of High-quality Dolomite Clinkers

摘要 研究颗粒粒度、轻烧温度、消化水量等因素对白云石烧结性能的影响 ,发现各种因素对白云石的烧结都有着不同程度的促进作用 ,并通过试验得出了各影响因素的最佳工艺参数。同时 ,还研究了加入添加剂对白云石烧结性能的影响。结果表明 ,添加少量Al2 O3,Fe2 O3,对白云石的烧结有显著的促进作用 ,在 1 650℃煅烧3h ,即可获得体积密度大于 3 .3 5g/cm3的致密白云石熟料。 The influences of particle size, sintering temperature, water amount and other factors on sintering of dolomite have been studied. It was found that all factors mentioned above have positive effect on improving the sinterability of dolomite. Based on the experimental results, the best parameters of factors were determined. At the same time, the effect of additives on the sintering of dolomite has also been studied. The results show that adding a small amount of Al 2O 3 or Fe 2O 3 can improve the sinterability remarkably. With the additives, the dolomite clinkers whose density is over 3.35g/cm 3 can be obtained in 1600℃,holding 3 hours.
