摘要
用中档镁砂作骨料 ,电熔镁砂作细粉生产的镁碳砖在江西省新余钢铁有限公司特钢公司LF 4 0t精炼钢包渣线上使用 ,实现了与钢包包壁衬砖使用寿命同步 ,平均使用寿命 71炉次 ,完全可以取代原渣线部位使用的价格昂贵的高档镁碳砖 ,大大降低了钢包用耐火材料的消耗及费用。
MgO C bricks,in which the medium sintered magnesite is employed for particles and the fused magnesite for powders,were used in the slag lining of LF 40 ton refining ladles in Steelworks of Xinyu Iron and Steel and Iron Company.The service life of bricks used in slag lining corresponds with that of the ladle wall.The average service life of ladles is 71 times.The medium MgO C bricks can function as well as and thus take the place of the high grade MgO C bricks which are expensive.The consumption and expenses of refractories in ladles are cut down greatly.
