试论企业核心能力的知识整合特征

Core Competence:the Integration of Knowledge

本文从企业核心能力的来源出发 ,讨论了能力理论作为一个战略管理动态框架的知识管理特征 ,认为核心能力的关键之处在于强调企业知识的整合 ,通过它可以将企业的竞争战略分析实用化 ;在此基础上提出了企业通过核心能力的营造和拓展不断获得竞争优势的知识发展模型 ,从而为企业的发展提供一个可能的选择。

From the source of core competence of the firm,this paper discusses the characteristics of the theory of competence as a dynamic framework of strategic management,and points out that the key point of core competence is the integration of knowledge. On this base,the study suggests a continuous development model of corporation. In this model,firm can get continuous competitive advantage through the building and expanding of core competence.
