摘要
踝关节力量在短跑技术和训练中有非常大的重要作用 ,它不仅能减小短跑途中跑着地瞬间支撑的反作用的阻力作用 ,又能为后蹬贮存功能 ,从而获得更快的跑速。踝关节力量训练 ,应主要以发展小腿三头肌和小腿前侧肌群的力量为主。超等长的向心———离心收缩训练效果最好。
Anklejoint′s strength is very important in dash technique and its training. It can not only reduce the reacting force in each touching the ground while dashing, but also store up energy for treading backward. In the result, the runner can gain a faster running speed. The training of anklejoint′s strength must chiefly develop the strength of the deltoid muscle and the front side muscle of the shank. A superequilateral length training of centripetal and centrifugal contraction is the best.
