摘要
自某矿矿石及矿水中分离出了 3种化能自养菌 :ThiobacillusFerrooxidans (T .f)、ThiobacillusThiooxidans(T .t)和LeptospirillumFerrooxidans(L .f)。通过最适条件培养和驯化 ,从变色时间、二价铁的氧化速率、氧化还原电位 (Eh)的变化以及生长曲线特征等方面对其活性进行了比较研究 ,表明所分离的混合菌株已达到了较高活性 ,可用于铀矿的细菌浸出。
Three species of chemotroph Bacteria has been separated from the ore and water of uranium an Mine They are Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans(T.f) , Thiobacillus Thiooxidans (T.t) and Leptospirillum Ferooxidans(L.f) .It indicated that the mixed bacteria being separated have obtained rather high activity and can be applied in uranic bacteria leaching by the best fit condition's culture and domestication and comparing from the time of color change, oxidation rate of bivalent ferric, Eh change and growth curve character.
