摘要
以三氯甲烷为溶剂 ,无水三氯化铝作催化剂 ,得到 1 ,1 -二乙酰基二茂铁纯品。然后以 1 ,1 -二乙酰基二茂铁、氨基葡萄糖和甲醛为原料 ,水作溶剂 ,少量盐酸作催化剂 ,控制水浴温度在 40~ 5 0℃条件下搅拌反应 5 h,利用曼尼希反应制得医药中间体葡胺糖丙酰二茂铁。测定了 1 ,1 -二乙酰基二茂铁、葡胺糖丙酰二茂铁的最大吸收波长 ,分别是 45 6nm和 346nm。
Pure 1,1 diactyl ferrocene is successfully synthesized by the reaction of ferrocene with acetic anhydride as the solvent and aluminum chloride anhydrous as the catalyst. Then 1,1 Di(N, N glucosanine propanoyl) ferrocene is synthesized by Mannich reaction of 1,1 diactyl ferrocene with D glucosanine HCl and methanol in water, with a little HCl as the catalyst under the temperature of 40~50 ℃ for 5 h. Experiments show the maximum absorption wavelength of 1,1 diactyl ferrocene and 1,1 Di(N, N glucosanine propanoyl) ferrocene are respectively 456 nm and 346 nm. The derivatives are characterized on the basis of IR spectrum
