摘要
在企业组织的信息处理模型基础上 ,建立了企业层级组织的最优化模型 .信息技术对于层级组织结构的影响是通过单位知识学习成本和单位交流成本实现的 .模型分析结果表明 ,不同信息技术的应用将会使得企业组织的知识总量在层级中的分配发生不同的变化 ,但都会使得管理幅度增大 。
Based in information processing, an optimal mathematical model for enterprises′ hierarchy is put forward. In the model, information technology(IT) influences hierarchical organization by changing the knowledge learning cost and communication cost. The results show that application of IT and improvement will change the distribution of total knowledge among different tiers of hierarchy. The changing direction differs from different types of IT. The types of IT such as communication based IT and decision supporting IT, will lead to increase in the span of control, which explains the prevalent flat organization.
