抗精神病药物所致药源性精神障碍30例分析

Analysis on the 30 Cases of the Mental Barriers Caused by Taking Some Anti-psychosis Drugs

对抗精神病药物所致药源性精神障碍的发生时间、临床特点、治疗经过及预后所用药物品种、剂量等关系进行初步分析 .结果表明 :绝大多数患者的药源性精神障碍发生在用药后 1～ 2个月左右 ,以高效价含氟类药物 ,长时间大剂量用药 。

Clinical features cure process,contradictions and varieties,doses of the mental barriers analysed caused by taking some anti-psychosis drugs.The results showed most of the patients' mental barriers occur one or two months after taking the drugs.It is likely to occur to such people who take high effective medicine that include fluorine for a long time in a large amount and to people who stop taking them suddenly or to people who have body coalition disease.
