连铸结晶器内传热状态奇异摄动分析及其数值解法

Analysis on Heat Transfer Phenomena in Continuous Casting Mould by Singular Perturbation Method and Its Numerical Calculation

用奇异摄动方法对连铸结晶器内传热状态进行理论分析，并且结合移动网格法构造了一种奇异摄动数值方法进行了相应的计算．与实验结果比较，两者相符甚好，为结晶过程的分析及参数控制提供了一个理论依据．

Based on the singular perturbation method and composite with the moving-grid method, a new perturbation numerical method is established to analyze the casting process. The results are in good agreement with numerical solutions and measured values, which has laid a theoretical basis for further analysis and para-meters control during the solidification process of billets in continuous casting moulds.
