摘要
为得到稳定和高浓度的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,考察了在间歇式生产方式中采取乳液聚合所涉及的物料配比、聚合引发剂用量、反应温度和搅拌速率等操作条件,并提出了在实际生产过程中常见问题的解决方法。
Polyacetic ethylene is a high polymers synthesized by free radicac. This rescarch is producing acidethylene acetate by emulsion polymers,choosing the best techonologica1 condition and probing deep1y into the rea1tive waterusage,the amount of initiating agent and eggegate temperature.
