摘要
板料在拉深成形过程中的压边力是一个变化的量 ,其值大小是板材拉深成形中的重要工艺参数 .由于实验条件的限制 ,采用数值模拟方法研究了方盒件在变压边力加载条件下的拉深成形 ,通过对工件壁厚分布和成形极限图的数值模拟 .结果表明 ,变压边力拉深成形技术能够使恒定压边力条件下拉深失效的零件成功拉深 ,并可以充分利用板材 .通过控制拉深过程压边力值的大小和分布 ,能有效地控制金属的流动 ,提高板材的成形性能 .
The trends of BHF control theory at home and abroad were summarized and the main difficulties of BHF control were discussed. Several methods of acquiring optimized BHF control curve of the typical parts were proposed. Research emphasis lies on acquiring the optimized BHF control curve of cup drawing process. A new method that combines the optimizing method, numerical simulation and NN was used. The satisfied results in comparison with the constant BHF control were obtained.
