摘要
特征不仅表达了产品的形状信息 ,而且包含功能等其他高层语义 ,可起集成 CAD和 CAE的桥梁作用 .通过建立基于特征的集成化产品信息模型 ,论述了基于特征的 CAE建模技术和基于特征知识的智能化后处理技术 ,在此基础上实现 CAD/CAE的系统集成 .
Because of geometry based communication between CAD and CAE system, their integration is still an open problem. Currently tedious manual process for CAE modeling and lacking of high level explanation to CAE analysis result significantly restrict the use of CAE. With the development of concurrent design and computer integrated manufacturing, there strongly exists a need for the integration of CAD and CAE. In this paper, a feature based product information model was built, and a feature based CAE modeling method and feature knowledge based intelligent explanation mechanism for CAE analysis result were discussed. With feature as a carrier of information, the integration between commercial CAD and CAE system was achieved and a case study of stamping part was presented to demonstrate the feasibility.
