掺稀土元素Eu的MgSO_4热释发光谱研究 被引量:1

Thermoluminescence of MgSO_4 Doped with Eu Impurities

摘要 研制了CaSO4:Eu和MgSO4:Eu磷光体,测量了60Coγ射线辐照后的热释光三维发光谱.测到CaSO4:Eu发光谱中有一个峰温为144℃,波长在390nm处Eu2+离子能级跃迁产生的主发光峰.MgSO4:Eu同样有一个Eu2+离子产生的主发光峰,峰温在146℃,但波长在440nm.同时还观测到Eu3+的能级跃迁产生的波长为 590nm和 620nm,峰温约在 145℃.190 ℃,26℃和 360℃的 4个强度较弱的发光峰.它们的峰温的分布与MgSO4:Dy的发光峰基本相同.结果表明,Eu3+在不同硫酸盐中发光谱波长基本相同,而Eu2+离子在不同硫酸盐中发光谱的波长与该材料的阳离子半径成反比. The phosphors of CaSO4: Eu and MgSO4: Eu have been prepared. The thermoluminescence spectra were measured. The glow peak at - 144℃ about 390 nm from Eu2+ ions in the CaSO4: Eu and the glow peak at -46 ℃ about 440 nm from Eu2+ ions in the MgSO4: Eu are observed. The glow peaks at the temperatures- 145 ℃, - 190℃,-- 260℃ and - 360℃ about 590 nm and 620 nm are identified as Eu3+ ions transitions in the MgSO4: Eu. The temperature of these glow peaks is almost the same to that of the MgSO4: Dy. The results in this work show that the wavelength of the glow peak from Eu2+ ions in different sulfate is inverse proportional to the ra- dius of the cation of sulfates. However, the wavelengths of the glow peaks from Eu3+ in different matrix remain unchanged.
