以新分离的猴Ｂ病毒毒株为材料，建立了一种ＰＣＲ快速鉴定ＳＨＢＶ的方法，并通过对ＰＣＲ产物的限制性酶切分析可与ＨＳＶ－１相区分，并对这一新分离的Ｂ病毒毒株的克隆片段进行了序列分析．

A method for quickly identification od SHBV by PCR with recent separated SHBV strain is established. SHBY and HSV-1 can be differentiated from each other by restrict enzyme analysis of PCR products. It play impor-tant role that this method was established for quality standardization of lab animal and establishment of non- virus rhesus group. The cloned segment of the recent separated B virus strain is sequenced and compared with HSV- 1 and database from Genbank.
