In this article,it have explored the technique to cutting and separate the target chromosomes of rye from other chromosomes of rye by short impulse laser to combine with tiny needle of glass, the technique is provided with operating easy, economizing the use of funds, having in hands easily and could be reducing the damage of DNA in the chromosomes of rye. there are advantages to separating an whole cell, it is advantageous to promoting the technique of separating the chromosomes or fragments of chromosome put in use of increasing DNA and constructing DNA library ;to promoting the technique popularizing.
