脉管性肿瘤免疫组化标记的初步观察

Preliminary Observation of Immunohistochemical Marking in Vascular Tumors

对25例脉管性肿瘤及其它10例软组织肿瘤,应用免疫组化法(PAP法)标记Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧR:Ag),部份脉管性肿瘤同时进行荆豆凝集素(UEA-1)的标记(ABC法)。标记结果:FⅧR:Ag:24例血管源性肿瘤中18例阳性,占75%,其中血管外皮肉瘤,血管球瘤各1例亦为阳性;1例淋巴管瘤为阳性。UEA-1标记:16例血管源性肿瘤,14例阳性,占87.5%;一例淋巴管瘤阳性。FⅧR:Ag及UEA-1是内皮性肿瘤有价值的标记物;UEA-1优于FⅧR:Ag。

Immunohistochemical labelling for Factor Ⅷ-related antigen(FⅧR: Ag) of 25 cases of vascular tumors were studied by usingperoxidase-antiperoxidase complex (PAP) method and 10 cases ofother soft tissue tumors as control led study. In addition, ABC me-thod was also applied to some of these cases for UBA-1 labellingfor the purpose of comparison. The result of FⅧR: Ag labellingrevealed that 18 out of 24 cases of angiogenous tumors (75%) werepositive, including 1 case of hemangiopericytsarcoma and anothercase of glomus tumor. In addition, 1 case of lymphangioma was alsopositive. The result of UEA-1 labelling showed 14 out of 16(87.5%)and 1 case of lymphangioma were positive. that both FⅧR: Agand UEA-1 may be a valuable markers for endothelial tumor, butobviously, UEA-1 marking had more advantage than the former inthe following aspects including the percentage of positive cases, thenumber of positive cells and the clearness of the background, etc.
