In this paper, solutions for the voltage buffer of CCⅡ are discussed. And the voltage transfer gain A v and the resistance r X of the buffer stage are compared and analyzed with the theoretic method and computer simulations. Furthermore, a novel CCⅡ based on an innovative arrangement of biasing is proposed. The circuit provides a total harmonic distortion (THD) 10 dB lower than that of the previous solutions.
