摘要
采用 SM-1 9阳离子交换树脂 ,通过优化色谱分离条件 ,实现木糖与阿拉伯糖、木糖醇与阿拉伯糖醇的有效分离 .通过半经验 AM1方法研究木糖与阿拉伯糖、木糖醇与阿拉伯糖醇的分子结构 ,并在此基础上对各化合物的色谱行为进行理论解释 .
Xylose and arobinose as well as xylitol and alditol were successfully separated by virtue of SM-19 cation-exchange resin respectively. On the basis of AM1 methods, the structures and the dipole moments of their molecules were calculated. Their chromatographic behavior was explained.
