用二维标量时域有限差分法分析了平面光波导基模的模场分布情况 ,在设置场源时分别用了五种不同形态的光源作为激励 ,在光传播到一定距离和时间后得到的五种不同激励下的稳态模场分布完全相同 ,并与解析法讨论的结果一致 .

This paper analyzes the mode field distributions of TE 0 of planar optical waveguide by the two-dimensional scalar finite-difference time domain(FD-TD) method.Five kinds of optical sources are used as stimuli when establishing field sources,the mode field distributions obtained under five kinds of stimuli are the same after the optical wave goes for a certain distance and time,and this result is identical to that discussed by the analytical method.
