摘要
概述了一种新的数字散斑剪切干涉光学测距方法 :利用条纹细锐化方法求出干涉条纹周期 ,从而根据周期与距离的关系得到距离 .该项技术适用于测量漫反射目标 ,对环境噪声的干扰具有相对低的敏感性 .实验结果证明了该测距方法的正确性 .
A novel theory model of distance sensing technique using digital speckle shearing interferometry is presented in this paper. Using fringe sharpening technique,we can determine the objective distance according to the relation between the fringe period and the distance. This technique can be suited to measure diffuse targets and relatively insensitive towards the environment. Results obtained by expriments reveal the feasibility of further research and development of this technique for practical applications.
