摘要
通过对人的心理行为活动的分析 ,并结合高校运动训练的特点 ,运用激励理论 ,确定训练角色、制定训练目标 ,以增强运动训练的凝聚力 .同时通过根据激励理论制定的方法进行训练 ,可以提高大学生的自信心 ,增强他们的成就感 ,激励运动队或个人训练的积极性 ,最大限度地调动运动员从事训练的内在愿望和动机 .
By analyzing the psychological movement of human beings and the features of sports training in higher education institutes,we define the training objects and establish the training targets according to the Motivation Thoery, so as to inforce the coagulability in sports training.Simultaneously, the training process that employs the methods formulated according to the Motivation Thoery could improve the confidence of the university students, inforce their sense of achievement,inspire the positivity of a team or individuals,and therefor activize the trainees interior motivation to take part in a training maximumly.
