摘要
本文报道了通过体外和舌粘膜两种方式研究高分子透明质酸对芦氟沙星的缓释作用。结果显示 ,透明质酸在体外和舌粘膜都具有明显缓释作用 (p <0 0 5 )。为透明质酸作为粘膜药物缓释基质的开发应用提供了实验依据。
This article report that rufoxin in high molecular HA solution released slowly in extrasomatic and rabbit linguomucosa tests.The results showed that the HA was a high quality and slowly releasing matrix .It provides an experimental base for further developing and utilizing HA as a matrix of mucosa medicine.
