摘要
目的 :研究一氧化氮合酶 (NOS1)在小鼠脑内的表达。方法 :采用免疫组织化学技术 ,观察了一氧化氮合酶在正常小鼠脑内的表达。结果 :NOS1阳性神经元分布于中枢神经系统的广泛区域 ,包括大脑皮质、海马、齿状回、间脑和脑干。结论 :表明NO与中枢神经系统的诸多功能有关。
Objective:To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase in the brain of the mouse.Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe the expressin of NOS1 in brain of the mouse. Results:NOS1-positive neurons were distributed in wide areas of CNS including cerebral cortex, hippocampus, dentate gyrus,diencephalon and brain stem.Conclusion:The wide distribution of NOS1 indicates that NO is involved in many functions of CNS.
