摘要
目的 :观察经过补肾方治疗的切卵模型大鼠血清对体外培养破骨细胞骨吸收功能的影响。方法 :取 1 0月龄 SD雌性大鼠 4 0只 ,其中 30只切除双侧卵巢造成骨质疏松症模型 ,1 0只仅切除少量脂肪而不损及卵巢 ,3个月成模后开始治疗 ,随机分为补肾方、倍美力和正常饮食对照 3组 ,每组 1 0只。治疗 3个月分离血清 ,用于细胞培养实验。自 1 d龄 SD大鼠四肢长骨分离破骨细胞 ,接种于象牙薄片底物上 ,以骨吸收陷窝数量变化为指标 ,观察各组血清的作用效果。结果 :与假切卵组比较 ,切卵组陷窝数量增加了 74 .1 % ,而补肾方和倍美力组的陷窝数量分别下降了 65 .7%和 5 9.3% ,与假切卵组之间的差异非常显著( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :补肾方具有明显的抑制破骨细胞活性的作用。
To observe the effect of Bushen Prescription treating OVX rats' sera on the resorption function of osteocalst.Method:40 10 month old SD female rats were randomly individed into four groups,among which 30 rats were given the OVX operation to established the osteoporosis model,and 10 rats were only given SHAM operation.After 3 months,the four groups were given physiological saline,Bushen Prescription and Estrogen.3 months later,the rats were killed to obtain the drug sera.l day SD rat extremity osteoclasts were incultured on the ivory slices,observed the effect of rats' sera on the resorption lacunar number.Result:Comparing with the SHAM group,the number of lacunae of OVX group increased up to 74.1%,while that of the Bushen Prescription and Estrogen group declined to 65.7% and 59.3% respectively,which denoted a significant differences with the OVX group(P<0.01).Conculsion:Bushen Prescription could significantly inhibit the activity of osteoclast.
