摘要 目的 :探讨激素性股骨头缺血坏死的病理发展过程及超微结构的变化。方法 :6月龄新西兰大白兔臀肌注射醋酸氢化泼尼松 6周时模型成功 ,作 HE染色观察骨髓、骨小梁、软骨的变化及透射电镜观察骨、软骨细胞的变化。结果 :激素性股骨头坏死最早变化出现在骨髓 ,然后为骨小梁、软骨 ;电镜示骨细胞、软骨细胞内有大量的脂肪滴堆积。结论 :脂肪代谢的失调是激素性股骨头缺血坏死的主要原因 ,其变化涉及骨髓、骨小梁及软骨。 Study the pathological course and ultrastructural changes of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods 20 New Zealand rabbits of 6 months were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental models were established by injecting gluteus with corticosteroid.We observe the changes of marrow,bone trabeculae,cartilage by HE dying and osteocytes,chondrocytes by electron microscopy.Result First change happened in the marrow,then bone trabeculae and cartilage.A mass of lipid droplet was deposited in osteocytes and chondrocytes.Gonclusion The malajustment of fatty metabolization is the most important cause in necrosis of femoral head,the changes involve marrow,bone trabeculae and cartilage.
