摘要
目的 检测端粒酶在脑部肿瘤的表达情况。方法 应用高灵敏度的以 PCR技术为基础的端粒重复扩增实验 ( TRAP)定量测定了 4 8份脑脊液标本的端粒酶水平 ,其中包括神经系统疾病患者和非神经系统疾病患者。结果 脑脊液端粒酶检测对于脑脊液恶变细胞的诊断特异性和灵敏度分别为 95 %和 72 %。结论 运用TRAP方法检测脑脊液端粒酶是对传统脑脊液细胞学检查的一个重要补充 ,在鉴别诊断良。
Objective Telomerase does not express in the normal human body cell but has high activities in most of the carcinomas derived from various organs.The author tried to gain a clear idea of telomerase as a tumor marker in the earlier diagnosis of malignant neoplasia.Method Telomerase activities in 48 samples of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF),including neurologic and non neurologic patients were analysed using a sensitive polymerase chain reaction based assay,ie,the telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP).Results An adjusted specificity of 95% and a sensitivity of 72% were achieved for detecting malignant cells in CSF.Conclusion The TRAP assay for telomerase detection may serve as an adjunct to the traditional examination of CSF and show a unique superiority and practicability in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant meningeal carcinomatosis.
