摘要
对头孢唑林钠中间体 TDA溶剂化物的工艺进行改进。将 TDA进行真空干燥 ,提高反应温度 ,优化盐酸用量 ,反应过程采用气体保护 ,收率提高了 2 % ,产品质量得到较大提高。
In order to improve the quality of cefazolin sodium, a synthetic process development, which comprised of the solvation of the key intermediate, 7 amino 3 [5 (1 methyltetrazolyl)methylthio] 3 cephem 4 carboxylic acid (TDA), following with vacuum drying and increasing the reaction temperature, optimizing the amount using of hydrochloric acid and also using the inert gas to protect the reaction mixture, was proposed. The yield of the finished product increased by 2% and the quality improved significantly.
