Determination of Pravastatin by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法分析发酵液中普伐他汀和 compactin的含量。色谱柱为 Spherisorb C18(10 μm) 4 .6 mm× 2 40 mm,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .2 mol/ L乙酸铵水溶液 (体积比 5 3∶ 47)。方法简便、快速、有效 ,在科研和生产上具有很强的实用性。

A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP HPLC) method was used for determination of pravastatin and compactin in fermentation broth. Method: The analytical column was Spherisorb C18 (10μm) 4.6mm×240mm, the mobile phase was methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution (53∶47 v/v). Results: The method is convenient, rapid and highly efficient. It is suitable for online monitoring during fermentation.
