复方聚维酮碘片的抗炎镇痛作用

The antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of compound polyvidone iodine tablet in animal models

目的 评价复方聚维酮碘片 (CPI)的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 采用巴豆油引起的家兔声带炎症模型和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳炎症模型 ,观察CPI局部涂抹给药的抗炎作用。采用光辐射热甩尾法和醋酸扭体法 ,观察CPI的镇痛作用。结果 CPI局部涂抹给药 ,可明显抑制家兔声带肿胀和炎性渗出 ,减轻小鼠耳肿胀度 ,对两种炎症模型的抑制作用均呈剂量相关性。灌胃给药 ,CPI对光辐射热甩尾反应和醋酸扭体反应均呈剂量相关性镇痛作用。结论 CPI局部用药对家兔声带和小鼠耳炎症反应具有明显抗炎作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the antiinflammatory and analg es ic effects of compound polyvidone iodine tablet (CPI).METHOD The chorditis vocalis in rabbits were caused with croton oil and the ear swell ing in mice with dimethylbenzene.The topical antiinflammatory effects of CPI wer e observed.The analgesic effects of CPI were observed by acetic acid inducing wr ithing model and light radiant heat inducing tail-flick latency in mice.RESULTS The topical efficacy of CPI demonstrated the dose-related inhibitory effects on swelling and effusion in rabbits and the swelling in mice. When CPI administered intragastrically, the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid was inhibited and the tail-flick latency induced by radiant heat was rise n significantly in mice. And the analgesic effects were dependent on the dosage. CONCLUSION The topical efficacy of CPI manifested the obvio us antiinflammatory effects on chorditis vocalis in rabbits and ear inflammation in mice.The pain reaction induced by radiant heat and chemical stimulus was sig nificantly relieved by CPI.
