摘要
目的 研究苔类植物中的化学成分。方法 利用溶剂提取 ,柱层析分离和波谱数据测定确定所分离化合物的结构。结果 从细鳞苔属植物南亚瓦鳞苔的氯仿提取物中分离得到 6个化合物 ,经鉴定分别为豆甾醇 3 O 花生酸酯 (Ⅰ ) ,β谷甾醇(Ⅱ ) ,7,4′ 甲氧 5 羟基黄酮 (Ⅲ ) ,十六碳酸甘油单酯 (Ⅳ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅴ ) ,蔗糖 (Ⅵ )。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the Chinese liverwort Trocholejeunea sandvicensis (Gott.) Mizut. METHODS: After extraction with ethanol, the obtained extract was separated and analyzed over silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20. Their structures were identified by the spectral data of IR, MS and NMR. RESULTS: The structures of six compounds were identified as: stigmosterol arachidate (I), β-sitosterol (II), 7,4′-dimethoxy-5-hydroxyflavoniod(III) glycerin monopalmitate (IV), dausosterol (V) and sucose (VI). CONCLUSION: These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
