摘要
目的 建立宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟幼鼠动物模型 ,检测被动吸烟致幼鼠脑损害是否存在凋亡形态学改变。方法 SD雌鼠于交配后第 2天 ,入低、中、高 3种香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,待其自然分娩 ,幼鼠置与宫内相同香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,至 2 1d断乳 ,取幼鼠一侧大脑半球 ,进行光镜、电镜及凋亡特殊染色观察。结果 各被动吸烟组幼鼠随香烟浓度增高脑细胞凋亡比例增加。结论 脑细胞凋亡比例增加是被动吸烟致幼鼠脑损害可能原因之一。
Objective To evaluate whether or not apoptosis occurs in puporats smoking passively from intrauterine to weaning periods. Methods Pregnant SD rats were exposed to air in a passive smoking box containing low, median and high concentrations of cigarette smoke 5hours per day, starting from 2nd till delivery. The pup rats then were also exposed to air in the passive smoking box with the same concentration environment, also 5 hours per day till weaning on 21st day after birth. Specimens, taken from one side of pups' cerebral hemisphere, were examined morphologically after HE staining by light microscope, eletronic microsope,In situ end labelling, as well as the specific apoptosis staining.Results The proportion of cerebral apoptosis in median and high concentration groups increased correspondingly with the increase in cigarette smoke concentration.Conclusion The passive smoking induced increased proportion of cerebral apoptosis may be one of the possible causes of cerebral damage of the pups.
