风湿性心脏瓣膜手术对肺功能的影响

The effect of rheumatic heart valve operation upon the pulmonary function

目的 研究风湿性心脏病患者肺功能不全是否影响手术及手术对肺功能的影响。方法 37例风湿性心脏病患者分别在瓣膜置换术前、术后 2周、术后 3个月接受肺功能测试。 结果 所有患者术前均有肺功能不全 ,患者术后 3个月的肺功能较术前有显著提高。结论 肺功能不全对风湿性瓣膜病手术并无影响 ,反因其可逆性成为手术相对适应证。

Objective To investigate the mutual effect of the impaired pulmonary function caused by rheumatic heart disease upon heart valve operation. Methods 37 rheumatic heart disease patients received the pulmonary function tests preoperation and 2weeks and 3months post operation.Results Preoperatively all patients had impairment of pulmonary function,but with significant improvement 3 months after operation. Conclusion the impairment of pulmonary function should not be the contraindication of surgery.On the contrary it sometimes may be the relative indication due to its surgical reversing effect.
