PRK矫正二次RK术后残留近视及散光

PRK for residual myopia and astigmatism after repeated PK

目的 :观察准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗二次放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光的疗效。方法 :对我院自 1996年 3月至 1998年 7月间用准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗的二次放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光病人 2 9例 41眼进行观察 ,依术前病人屈光度分为两组 ,第一组 <- 3.0 0 D,17例 2 5眼 ,第二组≥ - 3.0 0 D,12例 16眼。随访时间 1年以上。结果 :术后 1年第一组裸眼视力为 0 .90± 0 .16 ,第二组为 0 .87± 0 .12。第一组最佳矫正视力为 1.0 2± 0 .16 ,第二组为 0 .96± 0 .17。第一组球镜屈光度下降 2 .2 9± 0 .45 D,第二组下降 4.37± 1.6 6 D。病人散光度下降 2 .11± 0 .73D。结论 :准发子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光的预测性好 ,疗效确定 。

Purpose:To evaluate the result of PRK treatment of residual myopia and astigmatism after repeated RK. Methods:41 eyes of 29 patients were treated with PRK for the residual myopia and astigmatism after RK.The patients were divided into two group according to the mean preoperative Spherical Equivalent(SE),group one:<-3 00D,group two:≥-3 00D. Results:One year after PRK,the Uncorrected Visual Acuity (UCVA) was 0 90±0 16 in group one,0 87±0 12 in group two.The Best Correct Visual Acuity (BCVA) was 1 02±0 16 in group one,and 0 96±0 17 in group two.There were 2 29±0 45D drop in group one and 4 37±1 66D in group two.The astigmatism dropped 2 11±0 73D. Conclusion:PRK is an effective method for correction of the residual myopia and satigmatism after repeated RK.
