摘要
目的 :建立一种可靠、实用的复发性单疱病毒性角膜炎 (HSK)的实验模型。方法 :用单疱病毒 型 (HSV- 1) Mckrae株行 NIH鼠的角膜接种 ,用人的抗 HSV- 1血清行鼠的腹腔内注射 ,使病毒在三叉神经节或角膜内建立起潜伏感染。用紫外线 B光照射鼠的角膜 ,诱导 HSK复发。观察诱导 HSK复发的成功率、复发性 HSK的临床特征、组织学特点。结果 :紫外线照射诱导鼠 HSK复发的成功率为 72 .5 %。复发性 HSK主要表现为基质型角膜炎 ,组织切片见角膜基质层内有大量的淋巴细胞和一些中性粒细胞浸润。结论 :该模型是一种较理想的复发性 HSK的实验模型。
To establish a reliable and practical model of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) in mouse. Methods: Latent infection in the trigemental ganglion or cornea was established by inoculating HSV-1 Mckrse strain on the cornea of NIH mouse, which was simultaneously injected intraperitonealy with 1 ml of pooled human serum containing anti-HSV-l. Ultraviolet B light (UV-B) was .used to induce the. recurrence of HSK. The recurrent rate, clinical and histological changes of HSK were investigated. Results: The recurrent rate of HSK after UV-B irradiation was 72.5%. The recurrent HSK was characterized by stromal keratitis. The infiltration in many lymphocytes and some leukocytes were found in corneal stroma. Conclusions: The animal model of recurrent HSK described here seems a relatively ideal one.
