痹痛灵胶囊镇痛效果临床观察

Clinical effects of bitongling capsule on pain relief

目的 :探讨痹痛灵胶囊镇痛的临床效果。方法 :34例疼痛患者采用痹痛灵胶囊治疗 ,32例用芬必得作对照。结果 :痹痛灵组在起效时间、完全缓解时间、缓解持续时间方面均优于芬必得组 (P <0 .0 1)。痹痛灵组总有效率为 97.1% ,芬必得组总有效率为 84.4% ,痹痛灵组疗效优于芬必得组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不良反应发生率痹痛灵组(11.8% )明显低于对照组 (43.8% ) (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :痹痛灵胶囊镇痛疗效优于芬必得 。

Aim:To explore the clinical effects of bitongling capsule on pain relief. Methods: A total of 66 patients with pain were divided into bitongling capsule treatment group(BTLG) with 34 partients and fenbid table treatment group (FBDG) with 32 patients randomly. Results:There was significant difference between these two groups in effect starting time, full remission time, remission lasting time ( P <0.01).The total efficacy rate in BTLG was 97.1% and that in FBDG was 84.4%. BTLG has better effects on pain reliet than FBDG ( P <0.05). The side effect was 11.8% in BTLG,which was lower than that in FBDG (43.8%) ( P <0.01) . Conclusion:Bitongling capsule has better effects on pain relief than fenbid table, and has no obvious side effect.
