阿米替林对大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究阿米替林 (amitriptyline ,Ami)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血 再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :6 0只大鼠分 6组。除假手术组 ,其余 5组分别用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血 再灌注损伤模型 ,其中 4组在缺血前 2h分别腹腔注射 3个不同剂量Ami,即 2 0mg·kg-1,15mg·kg-1,10mg·kg-1,及Nim 2mg·kg-1,观察损伤脑组织含水量及生化的改变。结果 :Ami可明显减少脑组织含水量及丙二醛 (malondialdehyde ,MDA)含量 ,并增加超氧化物歧化酶 (su peroxiddismutase ,SOD)的活性。结论 :Ami对脑缺血 再灌注损伤具有明显保护作用 。 Aim:To study the protective effects of amitriptyline (Ami) on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:The model of the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was built up in rats using the suture embolic method in the experiment.The rats were adminished amitriptyline 20 mg·kg -1 ,15 mg·kg -1 ,10 mg·kg -1 2 hours before operation.and the effects of amitriptyline on H 2O and biochemistry on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injured tissues were observed.Results:Amitriptyline remarkably decreased the contents of H 2O and malondialdehyde(MDA),and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in brain tissues.Conclusion: Amitriptyline has protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.The underlying mechanism is ascribed partially to the anti lipid peroxidation.
