Determination of amino acid and inorganic elements in tadpoles

目的 :测定蝌蚪中无机元素及氨基酸的种类及含量。方法与结果 :用原子吸收分光光度法测定无机元素的含量 ;用氨基酸自动分析仪测定所含氨基酸的种类及含量。蝌蚪中含有无机元素镁、钙、铜、锌、铁 ,其质量分数分别为 :3 32mg/g ,31 5 1mg/g,0 0 72mg/g ,0 12 4mg/g和 5 76mg/g ;含有氨基酸 18种 ,其总质量分数为 2 5 5 3%。结论

Aim:To determine the types and contents of elements and amino acids in tadpole.Methods and Results:Inorganic elements and amino acids contents were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and amino acid analyzer respectively.The contents of Mg,Ca,Cu,Zn and Fe were 3 32 mg/g,31.51 mg/g,0.072 mg/g,0.124 mg/g and 5.76 mg/g respectively.Total content of 18 kinds of amino acids took 25.53%.Conclusion: The contents of calcium and glutamic acid are the highest in the inorganic elements and amino acid in the tadpole
