内源性一氧化氮与胃电节律失常关系的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨内源性一氧化氮与胃电节律失常的关系。方法  36只大鼠分为 :①正常对照组 ( 12只 ) ;②胃电节律失常模型组 ( 8只 ) ;③白芍组 ( 8只 )和④药物作用组 ( 8只 )。①②③组喂养 4周后 ,先记录胃电、再行胃窦肌间神经丛氮能神经染色 ,药物组观察注射不同剂量一氧化氮合酶抑制剂左型精氨酸甲酯 (L NAME)后的胃电变化。结果 药物组大鼠注射大剂量L NAME后出现了明显的胃电节律失常 ,异常节律指数 (ARI)明显增加 ;与正常对照组相比 ,模型组大鼠胃电节律失常和胃窦肌间神经丛的氮能神经含量明显增加 ,异常节律指数 (ARI)和慢波频率变异系数 (CV)显著增加 ;白芍组胃电节律失常和胃窦肌间神经丛的氮能神经含量与正常组相似 ,异常节律指数 (ARI)和慢波频率变异系数 (CV)变化不明显。结论 内源性一氧化氮增多或过少均可导致明显的胃电节律失常。 Objective To explore the relation ship between endogenous nitric oxide and gastroelectric rhythm. Methods A total of 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: ①control group, ②gastroelectric allorhythmia model group,③Paeonia lactifloro pall (PLP) group, and ④drug treated group. In the rats of control group, model group and PLP group, electrogastrogram were recorded and nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat antrum were investigated; electrogastrogram was recorded after normal rats were injected intrapertoneally with different dosage of N(omega) nitro arginine methyledter (L NAME). Results ① In model group,the gastroelectric allorhythmia and the content of nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat antrum increased.② In PLP group, the abnormal rhythm index (ARI), the coefficient of variation of slow wave frequency ( CV ) and the content of nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat antrum decreased, ③ Higher dosage of L NAME, increased ARI and CV were gastro electric allorhythmia significantly. Conclusion Increase or decrease of endogenous nitric oxide can increase gastroelectric allorhythmia?
