摘要
目的 通过不同消毒方法临床实验研究 ,统一静脉输液消毒及无菌操作规范化。方法 ①选择头皮静脉穿刺皮肤消毒患儿 6 1例 ,随机分为实验组 33例 ,用 0 .1%安多福消毒 ,对照组 2 8例用 75 %酒精消毒 ,分别做局部皮肤细菌培养。②将配药瓶口分为实验组和对照组 ,分别用 0 .5 %安多福与 2 %碘酒、75 %酒精消毒 ,比较其消毒效果 ;③比较无菌持物镊和无菌罐开启后 2、4、6、8h的细菌培养结果。结果 ① 0 .1%安多福消毒皮肤优于 75 %酒精消毒效果 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;② 0 .5 %安多福与 2 %碘酒75 %酒精消毒瓶口无论何种情况均无显著性差异。③无菌持物镊、罐保存最长 6h ,仍可无菌。结论 以循证为基础的无菌操作临床研究表明 0 .1%安多福消毒皮肤效果好 ;使用 1根棉签无论用 0 .5 %安多福或 2 %碘酒 75 %酒精消毒 1个瓶口均是安全的 ,无菌持物镊、罐保存最长 6h 。
Objective To standardize the sterilization technique of intravenous infusion(IV) by testing of different clinical procedures. Methods A total of 61 infants with scalp Ⅳ were devided randomly into 2 groups: 33 sterilized with 0.1%~0.5% PVP Andoful (Shenzhen Andofol Development Ltd) were enrolled in the study and 28 using 2% iodine tincture and 75% alcohol as control. The aseptic effect of 0.5%PVP Andoful and 2% iodine with 75% alcohol in sterilizing vials was compared. Bacterial culture from the tip of clamp was performed. Results 0.1% PVP Andoful as the sterilizing preparation of Ⅳ had more efficiency to prevent from bactericl contamination than that of 75% alcohol( P <0.05). One cotton stick containing 0.5% PVP Andoful or one cotton containing 2% iodine tincture and one containing 75% alcohol sterilizing of 4 vials by using one side of stick for one vial was good enough. Moreover, the sterilized instrument for taking needles were safety at least 6 h after sterilization and exposed in the air. Conclusion 0.1% PVP Andful is the best preparation for sterilizing the skin for Ⅳ. One cotton stick with either 0.5%PVP Andful or 2% iodine and 75% alcohol is suitable for sterilization of 1 vials. The sterilized instrument are safety at least 6 h after exposed in the air. All these results will become uniformly standardized sterilization procedure in this hospital.
