摘要
氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷中 ,氟化物微晶被氧化物包围 ,稀土离子掺杂在氟化物微晶中。它具有较低的声子能量 ,较好的上转换发光强度 ,机械性能也比氟化物强。在适当热处理下 ,微晶处在 nm数量级 ,氟化物仍能保持很高的透明度 ,从而在上转换设备、三维显示等方面有很好的应用前景。本文主要介绍了该材料的研究进展。
In Oxyfluoride glass ceramics,Re ions partitions into the floride crystal,while fluoride crystals is surrounded by oxide.This material is in low phonon energy state.It has better up conversion intensity,and its mechanism is better than fluoride.Under proper heat treatment,the fluoride crystal is about several nms in dimension,and this material can still keep transparent.So it can be used in up conversion devices,Pr 3+ fiber amplifier,and three dimensional display.This article shows some research development and possible application of this material.
