An Analysis of the Self-Adapting Multi-rate Vocoder in UTRAN

首先阑明采用何种方式将自造应多速率编解码（ＡＭＲ）方靠引入到ＵＴＲＡＮ中、探讨ＧＳＭ ＡＭＲ 和ＵＫＴＳ ＡＭＲ的差异；其次，对无线承载层中为支持ＡＭＲ方案所传输的信息流进行了分析；最后，简述 了软切换和功率控制等策略对定义承载层的影响．

In this paper, The authors will first explain the way that self-adapting multi-rate AMR approach is introduced into UTRAN ,discuss the differences between GSM AMR and UMTS AMR. Then, We will analyse the information flow transmitted in the wireless bearer layer for AMR approach. Finally. We will give a brief discription of the effects that soft handover and power control have upon the bearer layer.
