In this paper, the authors introduce the way of obtaining fuzzy inference formula and attached functions by combining neural network with fuzzy logic control. Based on the fuzzy inference formula and functions, a new control strategy of fuzzy logic control is created-an organizational structure of fuzzy neural network system and it's neural network design.
